School Support Program Docents

Share a sense of wonder about the sea!

School Support Program Docents help give lively presentations and guide interactive discovery tours of Aquarium exhibits for students in grades K through 6. Volunteering as a Docent provides rich opportunities to learn about Hawaii's marine life and contribute to conservation education in our community.

Our 12-session training course for new Docents is held once per year each September. Contact us to be added to our e-mail list for when the next training course is scheduled. Upon completion of training, Docents volunteer one morning a week (Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday) from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. throughout the school year (October - May).

Please call 440-9020 for more information and to learn how to get involved before our next Docent training in September 2013.
